CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Due to scheduling and routing reasons, deposit is fully refundable up to 3 business days prior to the first estimated move/pick-up date stated on the Estimate. If you cancel your move less than 3 business days prior to the first estimated pick-up or load date, or you cancel your move after the truck has arrived to attempt services then you are not entitled to a refund of any payments made, but can apply your payment to a future move within one year of the date of cancellation. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify Ocean Moving & Storage of your intent to cancel the estimate in writing via email to info@oceanmovingandstorage.com or fax to 954-894-9119. BY AGREEING TO MAKE A PAYMENT, YOU AGREE TO OUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

FILLING OF CLAIMS:  Ocean Moving and Storage shall not be liable for the loss or damage of customers’ goods unless claim is made in writing supported by proof of ownership, value, and weight.  All outstanding monies due to Ocean Moving and Storage must be paid in full before any claim can be made.  By making a credit card payment for moving services, you agree to give Ocean Moving and Storage the first right to fully investigate and respond in writing with a resolution.  

IMPORTANT: You understand that this form of payment is provided as an alternative payment option.  By agreeing to make a payment with a credit card, you agree to pay a convenience fee.  The cardholder is responsible for adding this fee to the principal amount due. You understand that the credit card convenience fee is 3% of the principal amount due.  This convenience fee is waived for deposit payments only.
